SMS & push
Outreach Shepherd
Text and push messages alongside the email campaigns you already send.
Outreach Shepherd adds text messages and mobile or browser push to Customer Shepherd. Email still sends through your store. SMS and push use accounts you configure, and both show up in the same campaign admin.
- SMS through your own Twilio account
- Push through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Web Push
- Channels appear inside Customer Shepherd when both plugins are installed
- Test sends, a delivery log, and device token management
- Email campaigns stay on Customer Shepherd and the host email plugin
- Secrets stay in environment config and are not shown in admin
More channels, same campaigns.
Customer Shepherd already owns contacts, segments, and email. Outreach adds the other channels those campaigns can use, so you are not running a separate messaging product beside the store.
- Installs next to Customer Shepherd
- Preference center and campaign tools gain SMS and push
- Turn SMS or push off without removing the plugin
Your accounts, not a markup layer.
Twilio, FCM, and Web Push credentials are yours. The admin shows that a secret is set. It does not display the secret.
- Twilio account, from-number, or messaging service
- FCM project and service account for app push
- VAPID keys for browser push
- Delivery log and device tokens for debugging sends
